  2. Create a Client Portal account and submit a Workshop Enrollment Form.
  3. After your Workshop Enrollment Form has been processed by HCA, you will be sent a confirmation email. Please refer to the confirmation email for the next steps regarding your chosen workshop.

Additional Information

  • There are a set number of seats for each workshop. Participants are enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • To obtain a workshop certificate of completion, participants must attend the entire workshop, participate, and complete a financial assessment to receive a certificate.
  • Dates are tentative and subject to change due to emergencies.

  • Enrollment Steps: Complete a client intake packet, and HCA counselors will enroll you in a homebuyer workshop.
